- Chris Bowden Added May 11, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★we own a two year old Hunter Irrigation controller. The knob broke - not uncommon I believe - making it difficult to programme. They are apparently no longer available but after numerous attempts we tried Reece Plumbing Despite the knob being a low priced item (they ended up giving it to us) they chased around their branches and got one from Mildura.
Our thanks to Trevor for his effort, when this controller fails it's a no-brainer we will source our next one at Reece

Over a period of 15 days where we went back to Sam trying to solve the issue, he went above and beyond with his customer service.
